In the sacred heartland of yoga, Rishikesh, India, I embarked on my first intensive training. Now, as both an instructor and a lifelong student, I remain deeply committed to Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. These practices center on breath, strength, and balance, offering a mindful approach to navigating the demands of modern life.
Mindfulness transcends mere practice; it’s a lifestyle. It thought me to approach Yoga and life with deliberate intention, nurturing enduring appreciation for the journey and cultivating compassion for self and others.
