Weekly Classes Descriptions

All classes are beginners friendly.

SLOW VINYASA FLOW is a strong and slow practice linking conscious breath and fluid movement. 

SWEET GENTLE FLOW is a slower paced, gentle practice, incorporating simple flowing sequences linked to breath.

SPICY VINYASA is a practice inspired by the Ashtanga Lineage. Be ready for a vigourous and dynamic paced practice designed to increase your heart rate, accelarate and deepen you breath. 

SUNDAY FLOW is a beautiful way to finsh the week for all.
